Getting a good education can cost us a lot of time and also money. It is definitely not a problem if we can spend our time to learn at school and college first before we apply for a full time job, but for some people it is not possible. I know some of my friends who do not have a good financial condition in their families. They had only managed to finish their high school and cannot continue their education to university. It is just too bad since most of them are quite smart, they have high interests to get more education but the lack of money stop them and force them to ear money by working as an employee.
Their only choice is working meanwhile learning. But it is hard to manage our time when we have to focus both on learning and working in different places. Fortunately, now they can apply for getting into online colleges. They can learn in weekends or at nights when they have gone home from their job. There are some popular college degrees they can choose to apply for: Computer Science, Criminal Justice, Art and Design, Engineering, and Business degrees. There is no more time limitation for them to increase their knowledge and thus higher possibility to get a good career.
